Resolution Rename the file to webalizer.current to _webalizer.current in %plesk_vhosts%\\example.com\\statistics\\webstat\\ folder. Join our community today! Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to record the new settings. And I installed awstats too. https://kb.plesk.com/en/122678
Few days ago I think I tried to install Perl-Small-XML using CPAN and failed. I have searched google and try suggestions like: # rm -f /var/www/*/web/stats/webalizer.current # rm -f /var/www/*/web/stats/webalizer.hist # /etc/cron.daily/00webalizer Still the same problem: Error: Unable to restore run data (99) Can anybody It's a pkg install by the way. Any help appreciated.
I had this problem recently and it turned out to be a problem with logrotate issue and not webalizer. Thanks for your kindly help, jnsc. They are present and correct path listed in the default webalizer.conf file. So I deleted the /var/lib/webalizer dir as well.
