The first step should be to run 'chkdsk' on the problem drive to reallocate file system clusters to undamaged disk sectors. For a serious imaging, you should though use an external disk.

The way it looked there was some error on the C partition. Clone Disk With Bad Sectors If you did purchase 10, It will be a clean install and every thing will be wiped from your drive, gone forever. This will require a reboot to complete and may take some time.
