Finally just run `apt-get remove org.xbmc.xbmc-atv2` to make sure everything is removed OK, and restart your Apple TV. Close the program and run it again it should work.You may either have synaptic open, or have another terminal window open running apt-get, or have the update manager running.Check it and Then just rerun the same command and it seems to take off again where the last one failed.

Run dpkg --configure -a if you see errors, then dpkg is corrupted, and you'll need to restore.
